Sales Representative

Become one of our Sales Representatives by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized clients such as Walmart, Ralphs, Target, and more. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Main Responsibilities

As our Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products, sales systems, and procedures, including:

1. Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.
2. Implement sales objectives, campaigns, promotions, sales brochures, order guides, sales presentations, and manage product distribution and merchandising.
3. Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and sales presentations to customer needs, store demographics, and consumer base to drive growth.
4. Build strong relationships with store management to provide exceptional service and value.
5. Coordinate with customers to ensure adequate product ordering, including from racks and displays for DSD.
6. Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to increase store sales volume, working with Merchandisers to ensure optimal inventory levels, rotation, presentation, and proper disposal of unsalable merchandise.
7. Monitor and report on competitive activity and pricing, collaborating with Customer Business teams and store management.

What Can You Expect From Us?

• The base salary for this position is $43,000, with eligibility for a competitive bonus program and potential for overachievement based on performance, as well as participation in our long-term incentive program.
• Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, educational programs, holidays, and vacation time. Some benefits have eligibility requirements and may be subsidized or fully paid by the company.

Who Is a Good Fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, performing physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., including moving products from stockrooms to shelves.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Windham, ME.
• Full schedule availability required.

Mondelez International provides a company vehicle, gas card, and maintenance program. No relocation support is available.
