Sales Representative

Become one of our Sales Representatives by fulfilling merchandising needs of grocery‑related customers through stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, HEB, Target, and more. Act as an ambassador for world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Mondelēz International products, sales systems, and procedures.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Develop and execute sales objectives, campaigns, and promotions, including brochures, order guides, and presentations.
• Perform in‑store planning tailored to customer needs, store demographics, and consumer base.
• Build strong business relationships with store management, providing service and value beyond expectations.
• Collaborate to ensure sufficient product ordering for DSD and incremental racks.
• Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level.
• Work with the Merchandiser to keep inventory stocked, rotated, presentable, and dispose unsalable merchandise.
• Monitor and report competitive activity and pricing, collaborating with Customer Business teams.

Who is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years of age with valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Capacity for fast‑paced work and physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Austin, TX; ability to drive to Leander, TX and Marble Falls, TX.
• Full schedule availability.
• Mondelez International may provide a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary range: $44,700–$61,490. Eligible for performance bonus. Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education programs, paid holidays and vacation time. No relocation support available.
