Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative I identifies and develops new business opportunities through high‑volume outbound calling and qualification of inbound leads. The role manages the end‑to‑end sales cycle to convert prospects into active clients.

What you'll do

• Conduct high‑volume daily outbound calling to introduce payment processing solutions
• Qualify inbound marketing leads and manage pipeline in CRM to ensure no opportunity expires
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight key product features
• Assist new clients through the sales cycle process
• Use effective sales closing techniques
• Achieve and exceed individual sales quota

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Experience selling payment processing in a self‑prosecting sales role
