What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily to convert potential customers into subscribers
  • Effectively utilize provided hardware and software tools to document sales calls and activities
  • Listen actively, seek solutions, and overcome objections during the sales process
  • Maintain a high standard of personal and professional ethics while achieving sales goals
  • Complete or exceed handling of at least 75 sales calls in an 8.5-hour shift
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
  • Call center experience preferred, demonstrating a passion for generating sales
  • Ability to build rapport to meet customer needs sincerely and ethically
  • Competitive spirit to meet and exceed personal and company-wide sales goals
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to multi-task effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers over the phone
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
