What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily to convert potential customers into subscribers
- Effectively utilize provided hardware and software tools to document sales calls and activities
- Listen actively, seek solutions, and overcome objections during the sales process
- Maintain a high standard of personal and professional ethics while achieving sales goals
- Complete or exceed handling of at least 75 sales calls in an 8.5-hour shift
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Call center experience preferred, demonstrating a passion for generating sales
- Ability to build rapport to meet customer needs sincerely and ethically
- Competitive spirit to meet and exceed personal and company-wide sales goals
- Computer proficiency with the ability to multi-task effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in a call center environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers over the phone
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
