Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation seeks a results-driven retail team member to help customers identify Sleep Number products that fit their needs and lifestyle. You will explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized service to drive satisfaction and sales growth.

Leverage CRM, POS technology, and interactive tools to engage customers; thrive in a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with a supportive team and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude with a drive to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You’ll Get

Most team members earn a salary of $47,000–$60,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential.

Non-draw commission structure.
