Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

In this fast-paced position you will handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions, including conversations about money, with training and coaching provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or collections is desirable.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Job Scope

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
