Five Star Bath Solutions of Cedar Rapids is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Leader to take charge of sales and team development for a brand-new market. This role offers the opportunity to lead from the front, close deals, and build a high-performance sales team in a startup-style environment.

You’ll be responsible for selling directly to homeowners, recruiting and developing a top-performing team, and executing a proven sales system to achieve revenue goals.
