Job summary

Five Star Bath Solutions of Central Illinois is seeking high-energy Home Improvement Sales Representatives to lead in-home consultations, train a sales team, and exceed revenue targets. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads, present solutions on an iPad, and close deals with a proven system.

Expect a strong commission structure, ongoing training, and a flexible work-from-home option in a growing bathroom remodel brand. Travel within Central and Southern Illinois is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success

Five Star Bath Solutions is a high-growth, nationally recognized brand that specializes in no hassle bathroom remodeling services. We are expanding in the Central and Southern Illinois markets and are looking for ambitious Home Improvement Sales Representatives (confirmed appointments provided). In-home sales experience such as Solar, Gutters, Windows and Doors, Bathrooms, OR other corporate sales roles that included quotas, close rates, and commissions are highly preferred.

If you are looking for opportunity, excitement, freedom, and a great income, you have found the answer for your future -- you just need to be high-energy, personable with customers, results-driven and ready to take charge of in-home design consultations and sales.

Expectations include: Personally selling in the home, providing company, product and process information and estimates.

Applying a proven design and sales closing approach, offering solutions to customers' issues and objections.

Maintaining weekly, monthly and annual quotas.

Using software tools and completing paperwork to support the sales process, including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.

Our Sales Representatives are provided: Pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments / no cold calling.

A strong, professional, persuasive iPad presentation.

Initial paid training on our specialty products, our process, and our sales system.

Ongoing free training.

Strong earning potential with a growing bathroom remodeling company.

What You’ll Do:

Sell directly to homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer

What We’re Looking For:

A professional attitude with drive to learn and improve

1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, in-home experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Ability to quickly develop client trust and relationships

An outgoing, results-driven personality

Ability to close deals using proven tools and solutions

High school diploma or GED or better

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Willingness to travel to locations within a reasonable geographic subset of the broader region being all of Central and Southern IL

Ability to meet periodically (e.g. quarterly) at headquarters in Springfield IL

Ability to pass a background check

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

Primarily weekday day and evening shifts; some weekend availability required as needed.
