Job summary

Georgia Auto Pawn Inc. is seeking a customer-focused professional to guide clients through financial decisions and close sales. You will manage inbound and outbound conversations, ask the right questions, and overcome objections in a structured, goal-driven environment.

The role includes comprehensive training, weekly coaching, and a compensation package with a competitive hourly rate and monthly bonus potential. Fluent English and Spanish are advantageous for servicing a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of transportation and valid Driver's License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ask direct questions to identify customer needs and guide decisions.
• Handle hesitation or rejection and continue conversations to close outreach.
• Make outbound calls and stay engaged in conversations that may be challenging.
• Explain financial solutions and options to customers and close sales where appropriate.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
