Job summary

ADT is seeking a Resale Sales Representative in the Springfield, MO area to re-engage past customers and revitalize interest in our security solutions. You’ll leverage existing relationships to shorten sales cycles and present tailored security and automation packages.

As a Resale Sales Representative, you are not starting from scratch; you are reactivating interest and rebuilding trust with customers who already know ADT. That’s a powerful head start! These customers represent one of ADT’s strategic growth opportunities, and you will be at the forefront of re‑introducing modern solutions that better meet this customer segment’s needs.

• Conduct post‑installation follow‑ups with customers to confirm that commitments were fulfilled and to generate referrals.

How ADT invests in you

Compensation

Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $105,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.

Additional Pay

We equip you with specialized training and the tools you need to meet your financial goals. For your first 8 weeks of training, you’ll earn up to $4,000.
