Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative for a field-based, full-time role. Earn uncapped commissions with paid training and a fast-growing exterior remodeling focus.

You will identify leads, knock on doors, offer free roof inspections, and own the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing, while documenting activity in our CRM. Join a performance-driven team that rewards drive, leadership, and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales and field outreach.
• Background in SDR/BDR or inside/outside sales preferred.
• Customer-focused experience from retail or hospitality settings.
• Construction or trades exposure is advantageous.
• Familiarity with real estate, mortgage, or insurance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing.
• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about services and insurance claims process.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM.
