Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Murray, UT is hiring a Field-Based Sales Representative to identify leads, generate prospects, and close roofing deals with homeowners. You will manage the full sales cycle from inspection to settlement, conduct roof inspections, and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings, all while leveraging CRM tools and mobile apps to document activity.

We offer uncapped commissions, paid training, and elite incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying leads and generating new prospects (in-office & door-to-door) and ability to own the full sales cycle from inspection to closing the deal.
• Ability to conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings; explain the claims process to homeowners.
• Proven communication skills and comfort working outdoors with homeowners in field settings.

Schedule: Field-Based | Full-Time (40+ Hours Weekly)

Compensation: Commission-Based + Paid Training

Expected Earnings: $80,000 - $175,000+ annually (uncapped commission)
