Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States, Maryland, Silver Spring, is seeking a sales professional to develop and manage an assigned territory. You will implement clients' marketing plans using clinical judgment and provide educational support to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff.

You will plan activities to ensure coverage, engage providers, and leverage materials tailored to each audience while exploring commission/bonus opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years B2B or 1–2 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel; valid driver's license.

In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to implement clients' marketing plan by using your professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement. You will:

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needs
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years Business to Business (B2B) or 1-2 years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
• Sales Aptitude
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements

• Track record of success with outside sales experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000-$72,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
