Job summary

Macklock National Credit is hiring Sales Representatives in San Diego, California. This role involves enrolling consumers in debt relief programs and working closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of phone sales experience, excellent communication and computer skills, and a high school diploma. The company offers ongoing training, medical and dental insurance, and a fun work environment in their newly remodeled office.

Qualifications

Job Description

Once our sales representatives enroll a consumer into our program, the client is then turned over to our Customer Service Team. Sales then moves on to the next client in need of help while Customer Service assists the consumer in achieving their objective. This provides our sales representatives an environment that allows them to focus on achieving higher bonus amounts.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 2 years or more of prior Phone Sales Experience.
• Candidates should be energetic and have great communication skills
• Candidates should have excellent computer skills
• Must show the ability to Learn Sales Materials and Adapt to be Successful
• High school Diploma or equivalent required
