Morales Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue in Riverside, CA. You will manage relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, execute brand programs, and process orders on-site to support sales goals.
You will travel daily within the assigned territory, meet sales targets, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize merchandising and promotions. A strong customer focus and proactive problem solving are essential.

Established in 1989, Mexcor is a family‑owned, multi‑generational importer and distributor of alcohol beverages headquartered in Houston, Texas. The company’s portfolio includes MBG and Mexcor International, and it is the 3rd largest alcohol beverage distributor in Texas, the 4th in Florida, and the 6th in California, with a nationwide network of partnerships with over 140 regional distributors and control states.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Southern California, the Sales Representative drives revenue growth through new account acquisition, strengthens client relationships, and ensures high levels of satisfaction and retention. The role enhances brand visibility by engaging directly with store‑level decision makers, influencing purchasing behavior, and executing in‑store merchandising and promotional strategies. The Sales Representative provides tailored solutions to meet customer needs, delivers exceptional service, and processes orders on‑site to support sales goals.
This position is initially employed through a staffing agency and is expected to be a temporary assignment for approximately three (3) months. At the conclusion of the assignment, candidates may be considered for direct employment with MBG California based on business needs, individual performance, attendance, and overall job fit. Temporary employment does not guarantee permanent employment.
Collaborate with peers and the Area Manager to strategize on issues that disrupt goal achievement; maintain high professionalism and confidentiality; establish effective relationships with staff, department leaders, and executive leadership; be approachable, trustworthy, and responsive; demonstrate ownership, accountability, and responsibility; engage and care about MBG; bring resilience and confidence in decision making.
Physical demands include sitting and typing using a computer or mobile device; walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping; lifting or carrying up to 45 lbs; and daily driving within assigned territories.
