Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers and representatives to close high-ticket roofing deals. You’ll work with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments and no cold calling.

Earn substantial income through commission with a realistic OT earnings range of $150k–$300k per year. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of outside sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a drive for high performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior outside sales experience mandatory.
• Proven history of successfully meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.

• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on products/services.

• Complete a paid two-week training program as part of onboarding.

Southern National Roofing is looking for in-home sales closers and sales representatives who want to earn serious money without chasing their own leads. Every appointment is pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house team so you can focus on what you do best: closing.

This role is ideal for high ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders who are comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals. Responsibilities:

• Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week
• Close sales and achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required
• Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our on-boarding process
• Attend regular sales meetings

Compensation:

• Expected monthly earning of $12,500 - $25,000
• On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00
• Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission
• Bonus opportunities other incentives

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, appointments are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm; Saturday appointments are at 10am and 2pm
• Sales meetings may occur Monday – Thursday at 11am
