Meier Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to service appointments and acquire new accounts in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The role offers a fast track to leadership, with the opportunity to eventually run your own sales team.

You will build relationships with businesses, earn a strong draw plus commissions, and receive ongoing training from a proven Sales Manager to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales and client acquisition.

Additional Position Qualifications:

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00- $90,000.00 per year
