Job summary

Access Systems is seeking a Sales Representative to grow the Omaha Metro market. You will manage a local business territory, work directly with owners and decision-makers, and build customer relationships that continue after the sale. Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commission, and bonuses.

First-year earnings are projected at $70,000–$80,000+ with top performers earning $150,000+ annually. You will train in our technology, sales process, and systems before taking the lead on

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers via calls, emails, referrals, and scheduled appointments.

Access Systems is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Omaha Metro market. You will manage a local business territory, work directly with owners and decision-makers, and build customer relationships that continue after the sale.

Compensation and Training

• Base salary based on experience
• Uncapped commission and additional performance bonuses
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$80,000+ when meeting sales goals
• Top performers earn $150,000+ annually

You will earn your full base salary throughout our training program. Your first month will focus on learning our technology, sales process, and systems while working alongside experienced sales leaders.
