Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking Sales Representatives to join our team and drive personalized sleep experiences. You will identify customer needs, match them to Sleep Number products, and communicate benefits and promotions to build loyalty and exceed sales goals.

You will actively nurture prospects through outbound calls, help maintain an engaging showroom, and participate in product training to continually improve your selling skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or similar experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS tech, and sales tools.

• Explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal‑oriented and customer‑focused attitude, with a drive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer‑facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in consultative or relationship‑based sales, ideally in a commission‑driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point‑of‑sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You’ll Get

Most team members earn a salary of $47,000–$66,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Guaranteed base pay of $17/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential. Non‑draw commission structure. The benefit of working for an industry leading brand.
