Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Louisville, KY is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative. You’ll build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery with a paid, hands-on training program.

No prior experience required; you’ll start with six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives and then pursue uncapped commission as you grow your book of business. This role offers strong earning potential and real career advancement.
