Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level sales professionals to build a career in a fast-paced, in-office environment at our Norfolk location. You will receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives and work to solve customer needs, negotiate freight, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

We offer a paid training program, an uncapped commission structure, and potential six-figure earnings as you grow with the company.

What you'll do:

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
