We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for a direct hire employee role with our 3PL client in Los Angeles, CA (Remote Accepted). This organization is an International and Domestic Freight Forwarder offering 3PL nationwide and established in 2006. They have a strong presence of Domestic transportation brokerage and are able to service import and export shipments. This position will be reporting directly to the President /CEO. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of direct Transportation Sales experience, and Logistics Industry experience.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics of transportation logistics, as well as superb interpersonal skills. A existing book of business and potential client contacts is a must.
