Job summary

LeafGuard is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to join a high-growth team. You will work with pre-set warm leads and have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions while promoting a customer-first experience.

No cold calling required; we offer paid training, weekly pay, and a path for career advancement within a promotable culture.

Qualifications

• You don't need to have sales experience; you need to be self-motivated, driven, detail oriented, and someone who understands and values the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door to door knocking.
• Self-generate leads for extra commission.
• High Earning Potential (commission) Most of our Sales Representatives earn avg $80,000-$120,000 in commission a year.
• Paid Training (3 weeks) We have a state-of-the-art sales training program where you graduate with a new skill set.
• Pay Frequency Weekly pay through direct deposit.
