Do you love to sell and solve problems? This position is for a Sales Representative based in the Fort Myers/Naples/Port Charlotte and surrounding market. The right candidate will manage inbound leads with care and expand their network with Builders & property managers to foster future relationships.

The Sales Representative will report directly to the Owner.

Responsibilities

This role involves all aspects of the sales process. Candidates should have a proven track record of qualifying and closing sales, as well as building relationships with Builders and potential clients.

• Sell consultatively, focusing on value rather than price
• Maintain humility while being persistent in achieving goals
• Manage long-term relationships effectively
• Possess ample construction knowledge
• Work effectively with a referral network
• Follow a proven sales process, even if non-traditional at first
• Be responsible, coachable, and trainable

Qualifications

• Effective communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
