Responsibilities

Business development sales mentorship includes:
One on one coaching with assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
Multiple team building destination trips, used to grow as a team and individually.
In-house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.
Social media coaching and guidance.
Relationship cultivation with top industry leaders in the area.

Required qualities

No Sales experience necessary; willing to train
Coachable and unwillingness to settle for mediocrity
Self-Motivated & stand alone
Organized and task oriented
Honest and has a high level of integrity
Be a problem solver not a problem starter
Personable & comfortable initiating conversation with new people
Team player with tremendous work ethic
Ability to cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office
