Overview

Results Roofing is growing rapidly and seeks to mentor individuals in sales within the roofing and construction industry. Our ownership consists of innovative entrepreneurs who are building the company from non-construction backgrounds and have achieved multi-million-dollar growth in less than two years. Our ownership, sales, and operations team are comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds. The common goal is to cultivate more for our families, personal legacy, and the team. With rapid growth, we are looking for a select few to mentor and join the Results Family to teach a leading skill set and knowledge for a successful career in roofing and the construction sales industry.

Responsibilities

One on one coaching with assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
Multiple team building destination trips to grow as a team and individually.
In-house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.
Social media coaching and guidance.
Relationship cultivation with the top industry leaders in the area.

Required qualities
