Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments. Design Consultants meet clients in their homes, help them design beautiful, custom solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll build a high-impact, in-home sales career from day one. This is a full-time opportunity across our local territory.

What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally - your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required - we'll train you.
