We’re a medium-paced appliance store with a strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, and keeping things running smoothly — without the corporate fuss. Our team values honesty, initiative, and a good attitude. We work hard, stay organized, and make sure our customers walk away confident in what they bought. We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to be the welcoming face on our showroom floor. This role is all about guiding customers, answering questions, helping them find the right appliances, and supporting them through the purchase process — from hello to thank you. This position includes both commission and bonuses, with the potential to earn an additional $20,000–$30,000 annually based on performance, on top of a true base salary with no draw.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom

Answer questions about appliances, features, availability, and pricing

Guide customers through the sales process in a no-pressure, helpful way

Solve small problems or concerns with common sense and patience

Process sales, take payments, and ensure accurate billing

Keep your workspace clean and organized

Stay updated on appliance models, features, and industry trends

Communicate clearly with the service and delivery teams as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Prior retail or sales experience preferred — appliance knowledge is a big plus

Strong communication and people skills

Friendly, reliable, and approachable attitude

Comfortable using basic POS or billing systems

Able to stay organized and calm, even on busy days

Willing to learn about new products and stay current

Experience:

Have appliance or home goods experience

Speak more than one language (Spanish/English is a plus)

Are comfortable helping with minor showroom tasks and organization
