PopBookings is a mobile and web based app for event staffing agencies to connect with their staff more efficiently than ever. Launched in January 2015, PopBookings is one of the fastest growing startups in Kansas City and is used by thousands of users every day.

We are currently seeking Sales Rockstars. Do you like connecting people to solutions and can sell over the phone? This is amazing opportunity to have real impact in a high growth start-up. PopBookings has an amazing event staffing industry app with a list of warm leads that just needs to be cultivated. Ideally you already have experience in business to business software sales and are already networked in the temporary staffing industry or just have a boundless network ready to tap. This role will have flexibility to work from home or the office with a warm list of leads ready to go.

Job Description
  • Oversee and grow a pipeline of client prospects including cold calling & email outreach
  • Achieve or exceed goal for evaluations and first meetings on a monthly basis
  • Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
  • Conduct high quality outbound campaigns via email and telephone
  • Proactively accrue company product knowledge
  • Become a subject matter expert
  • Blog, tweet and engage in social media
  • Update lead rank/stage and prospect interaction in CRM
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a SaaS company
  • 2+ plus years’ experience working with CRM systems.
  • Temporary event staffing or equivalent experience a plus.

This will be a 100% commission based opportunity with potential to be part of a growing team which will include increased compensation and benefits package commensurate with skills and experience.
