Meier Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to service appointments and acquire new accounts. The role offers a fast track to leadership and potential to run a sales team.

Candidates should have proven sales history, strong communication, and self-driven professionalism. Licensure in Health & Life or willingness to obtain is required, with licensing reimbursement offered. Base plus commissions and incentives included.

Meier Agency is looking for an experienced sales professional to work as an Outside Sales Representative; to service appointments and acquire new accounts. We are looking for a driven candidate to be on the fast track to becoming a Team Leader and run his/her own sales team.

Additional Position Qualifications:

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00- $90,000.00 per year
