Meier Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to service appointments and acquire new accounts, with a fast track to leading a sales team. You will work directly with business clients, building relationships and driving growth in an untapped market.

A strong track record, Health & Life license (or willingness to obtain), and a growth-focused mindset are essential; compensation includes base pay with commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience; outside sales experience considered.

Meier Agency is looking for an experienced sales professional to work as an Outside Sales Representative; to service appointments and acquire new accounts. We are looking for a driven candidate to be on the fast track to becoming a Team Leader and run his/her own sales team.

Additional Position Qualifications:

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00- $90,000.00 per year
