Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Sunroom & Window Sales Representative to conduct in-home presentations across Johnson City, TN and surrounding areas. You will identify customer needs, present Champion’s proven window and sunroom solutions, and build trust to close sales.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with a first-year target of $100,000–$200,000+, paid training, daily coaching, and leads provided. Join a legacy brand with energy-efficient home improvement focus and nationwide reach.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Must have driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Champion is seeking experienced sales consultants in the home improvement industry for Sunroom Sales Rep! No experience required for Window Sales Rep.
