Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors is seeking a Sunroom & Window Sales Representative to conduct in-home presentations, build trust with customers, and close high-value remodeling deals in a dynamic, commission-driven role.

With provided leads, paid training, and daily coaching, you will identify customer needs, present Champion’s proven solutions, and negotiate successful closes. This W-2 sales position offers uncapped earnings and meaningful career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic computer / Math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.

Champion is seeking experienced sales consultants in the home improvement industry for Sunroom Sales Rep! No experience required for Window Sales Rep.
