Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors is seeking an in-home Sales Representative to present sunroom and window solutions in customers' homes in Grand Rapids, MI. You will identify needs, present Champion’s proven sales approach, and close sales for energy-efficient home improvements.

Leads are provided with pre-qualified appointments; no cold calling is required. Training is paid, with extensive daily coaching, and an earning potential of six figures in the first year is possible.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer / Math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs / wants and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Opportunities for daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions.
