Janney Roofing in Florida is seeking a Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and offer free roof inspections to assess needs for roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration services.

You'll balance independent work with a collaborative team, build relationships, and guide homeowners from inspection to project completion. The role requires a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed with uncapped earning potential.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Sales Representative, you will identify roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs for potential clients by generating leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and prospecting, and by following up on company-provided leads and homeowner requests for estimates.

You will conduct roof inspections to assess damage and restoration needs, document findings, and take photos. You will also explain Janney Roofing's services, help homeowners understand how exterior restoration work relates to their insurance, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process. Accurate customer information and sales activity must be maintained and tracked in company systems.

You’ll Need

• Currently at least 18 years of age
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• The ability to obtain any required solicitation permits
• Willingness to travel between assigned neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Availability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays as needed

Physical Requirements

• Safe climbing of ladders and walking on roofs
• Feels comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Walking through neighborhoods while canvassing
• Committed to following company safety guidelines and established procedures
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
