Job summary

Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic, customer-facing sales associate to understand customer needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, ask follow-up questions, and assist customers in making confident decisions.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times
