3 Day Blinds in Dublin, OH is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide decisions from initial contact to installation. You’ll work with company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training to build a thriving, high-impact career.

As a natural people person with strong sales skills, you’ll manage your own schedule, close sales in the field, and grow through referrals while enjoying uncapped earning potential and comprehensive

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
