3 Day Blinds is seeking a full-time Design Consultant to conduct in-home design consultations, help clients select custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident purchase in a single visit.

You’ll work with company-provided appointments, participate in three weeks of paid training, and have uncapped earning potential as you build your local client base. This role offers a strong career path within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds that do well include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles.
• Ability to work in-home settings and travel locally as territory office
• Comfortable managing multiple appointments and schedules

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client styles and budgets
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home

What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally - your territory is your office
