Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing commercial roofing contractor in the Denver area to identify a Sales Representative to join their team.
The Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its customers. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying project opportunities, estimating projects, generating proposals, and managing projects through completion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of sales, estimating, relationship management, and construction industry experience with the ability to develop and grow a book of business while successfully managing projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, building products, commercial services, technical sales, project management, estimating, or business development.Experience within commercial roofing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical contracting, elevators, restoration, building envelope, specialty construction, or related industries strongly preferred.Experience reviewing plans/specifications, estimating projects, and managing client relationships is highly desired.Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
