Job description

Summary of Position

An American company is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to establish and grow its presence in the masterbatch industry within Mexico. This role focuses on developing new customer accounts, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and excellent service delivery. The position is remote, with travel required within Mexico as needed.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and implement strategies to identify and acquire new clients in the masterbatch industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in Mexico.

  • Travel within the region to engage with customers, attend meetings, and provide high-quality service.

  • Manage sales activities and reporting using Salesforce CRM.

  • Collaborate with internal teams in the U.S. and globally to coordinate product samples, testing, and customer-specific solutions.

Key Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven success in the masterbatch or plastics industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to foster and maintain professional relationships.

  • Proficiency in English for seamless communication with international teams.

  • Location: required to live in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MX

Educational & Other Requirements

  • Sales experience in the plastics or masterbatch industry with a solid understanding of the market.

  • Established professional network in Mexico.

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time effectively.

  • Flexibility to travel regularly for customer engagement and business needs in Mexico
