Leafguard is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in a role with strong earning potential and robust training. You will work with pre-set warm leads and also develop your own to boost commissions, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The position emphasizes in-person attendance at training and meetings, energetic collaboration, and career growth within a company known for promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Must have an energetic and friendly demeanor with a collaborative approach.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance.
• In-person attendance to all sales training and meetings is required.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set warm leads with no cold calling or door knocking.
• Self-generate leads to earn additional commission.
• Achieve strong earnings; commission-based pay with high earning potential.
• Participate in a state-of-the-art training program (3 weeks).
• Receive weekly direct deposit pay.

Responsibilities

• run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door to door knocking.
• self-generate leads for extra commission.
• High Earning Potential (commission): Most of our Sales Representatives earn avg $80,000-$120,000 in commission a year.
• Paid Training: (3 weeks) We have a state-of-the-art sales training program where you graduate with a new skill set.
• Pay Frequency: Weekly pay through direct deposit.
