Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking in-home Design Consultants to meet clients, design custom window treatments, and guide purchasing decisions in a single visit. You will work with company-provided appointments and receive three weeks of paid training, with uncapped earning potential.

This full-time role emphasizes relationship-building, self-driven scheduling, and delivering an exceptional client experience from first meeting to installation. Commission drives income.

What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home

• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office
