3 Day Blinds is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident purchase in a single visit.

You’ll operate with company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential as you build a high-impact, regional career in a national brand.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural people person with strong relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated by performance and earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple client appointments.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day and four days during the week.
• Reliable transportation and able to travel locally; territory is your office.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
