Schedule & Work Environment
- Evenings: 5PM–10PM
- Weekends: 8AM–5PM + on-call 5PM–10PM
- Weekday fill-in: Occasionally cover 8AM–5PM shifts when needed
- Holiday coverage required
- Remote role (subject to change)
Responsibilities:
- Respond Fast & Close Deals: Handle all inbound calls (100% answer rate) and web leads quickly. Qualify sellers, set appointments, and close contracts using our proven process.
- Outreach to Agents: Spend 2+ hours daily calling and texting local agents to uncover off-market leads ideal for our as-is, quick-close offers.
- In-Person Appointments: Visit homes in the Greater Cincinnati area to assess condition, estimate repairs, and negotiate contracts.
- Support Project Management: Help plan renovations, coordinate with contractors, and monitor progress.
- Oversee Transactions: Work with title companies and stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-time closings.
- Continual Growth: Learn sales techniques, repair estimating, and legal processes (like probate) to sharpen your edge and increase earnings.

Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Commissions. On Target Earnings = $90,000 - $100,000 annually.
