West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering our sales method and securing agreements to purchase our products and services.

You'll follow a monthly schedule, handle 2-hour appointments, attend weekly meetings, and guide customers through a one-call close. All leads are warm and pre-set, with ample room for growth and advancement.

Purpose of Position:

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!

Compensation:

• Uncapped commission
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+

• Previous sales experience but we've also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
