Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to be the primary contact for customers and to apply the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for remodel products. The role covers bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors, with a focus on personal, in-home consultative selling across our nationwide footprint.

Responsibilities include following a monthly rotating schedule, conducting ~2 hour appointments, attending weekly meetings and guiding customers through a one-call

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience preferred; success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is noted.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Purpose of Position:

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!

Compensation:

• Uncapped commission
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+
