Job summary

The Bath Authority (TBA) is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our team. You will conduct in-home consultations, leverage pre-qualified leads, and close deals with our proven process.

Earn $200K+ with uncapped commissions, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends, is supported by multiple perks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside/in-home sales experience preferred but not required – we train top talent!
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet with homeowners.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. as needed for sales materials.
