Orkin is seeking a highly motivated Home Improvement Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, perform full-home inspections, and propose tailored treatment plans that protect the home’s investment.

Earn between $70,000 and $100,000+ in the first year with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. This role rewards achievement with leadership opportunities and advancement in a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
