We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

• Research accounts and generate sales leads
• Using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.) to get the sales
• Evaluate customers‘ needs and build productive relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Attend the meeting, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data

Requirements:

Minimum Two Years Experience In Flooring Industry Preferred

Manage existing accounts and aggressively develop new accounts

Exceed target sales

Cold calls and prospecting

Establish and develop customer relationships in a customer service/results oriented manner

Filing and collecting visited clients' information, business cards, etc.

Delivery and set up of samples or display in clients' showroom or store

Make presentations

Maintain professional memberships and networks, with an outlook of furthering flooring business

Communicate effectively with team

Must be able to provide your own transportation to visit customers
