Job summary

Impact Fire Services in Arlington, Texas, is seeking a motivated Preventative Maintenance Sales professional to promote and sell PMAs for commercial building systems such as inspections, fire alarms, and sprinklers. You will quote repairs and upgrades for existing contracts and nurture long-term client partnerships.

The role emphasizes a proactive sales approach, collaboration with technical teams, and a focus on growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in progressive sales roles preferred.
• Interest in self and team development and adding maximum value in a challenging sales environment.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of fire and life safety industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements (PMAs) for commercial building systems including inspections and fire protection components.
• Quote service repairs and upgrades for existing contract customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive growth.

This position is located out of our Arlington, Texas district office.

The Preventative Maintenance Sales role is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the business! The chosen candidate will promote and sell service agreements (PMA's) for commercial building systems including, Inspections, fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, extinguishers, e-lights and DAS Systems. They will also quote service repairs and upgrades for existing contract customers.

Desired Qualifications

3+ years previous progressive sales roles preferred, but not required

Strong presentation skills complete with the ability to captivate in both individual and group communications

Selling of "service" and intangibles

Demonstrated knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle and process

Prove-able sales results - acquisition, organic growth and retention

Knowledge of fire and life safety industry is a plus but not required

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
